摘 要:谐波传动的性能取决于轮齿的承载能力和柔轮整体的应力状态,谐波减速器的整体尺寸主要由柔轮的尺寸决定。针对某工程所应用的谐波传动中的圆柱杯形柔轮,进行了应力、变形分析。使用Pro/E软件建立圆柱杯形柔轮的简化三维模型,应用ANSYS软件进行有限元分析,得到模型的应力和变形云图。通过设置不同的厚径比与不同的长度,进行对比分析,得到圆柱杯形柔轮的应力和变形分布规律。在应力、变形分析的基础上,对圆柱杯形柔轮的结构参数进行了优化。The performance of the harmonic drive depends on the load-carrying ability of the gear teeth and the overall stress state of the flexspline.The overall size of the harmonic reducer is mainly determined by the size of the flexspline.The stress and deformation analysis of the cylindrical cup-shaped flexspline in the harmonic drive used in a certain project was carried out.Pro/E software was used to establish a simplified 3 D model of the cylindrical cup-shaped flexspline,and ANSYS software was used for finite element analysis to obtain the stress and deformation cloud map of the model.By setting different thickness-to-diameter ratios and different lengths,comparative analysis was carried out,and the stress and deformation distribution law of the cylindrical cup-shaped flexspline was obtained.On the basis of stress and deformation analysis,the structural parameters of the cylindrical cup-shaped flexspline were optimized.
