浅谈健美操运动员艺术表现力的形成和培养

摘　　要：本文主要通过文献资料法以及专家访谈等研究方法对其进行探讨和研究。本文的研究目的主要是通过从不同的角度去分析健美操艺术表现力的构成因素、影响因素、比赛中的价值等,从而对如何培养健美操艺术表现力提出了一些切实可行的方法和建议,就健美操艺术表现力这一方面的研究提供一定的理论指导和实践意义。结论:艺术表现力对健美操运动员来说是获得优异运动成绩和克敌制胜的一个法宝,在对运动员艺术表现力进行培养时,我们同样也要重视运动员对音乐、审美、服装搭配等方面培养。让运动员将这些充分的结合起来,使健美操的力量美与形体美更好地表现出来,从而使运动员的艺术表现力获得满意的效果。This paper carries out discussion and study through literature and expert interviews.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the composition,influence and value of aerobics artistic expression from different angles,so as to put forward some practical methods and suggestions on how to cultivate the artistic expression of aerobics,and to provide some theoretical guidance and practical significance for the research on the artistic expression of aerobics.Conclusion:artistic expressiveness is a magic weapon for aerobics athletes to obtain excellent sports results and win over the enemy.When training the artistic expressiveness of athletes,we should also pay attention to the cultivation of music,aesthetics,clothing matching and other aspects.The combination of the above will led to better display of the beauty of strength and shape of aerobics,so that the artistic expression of athletes can get satisfactory results.
