摘 要:目的:考察大学生在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下的学习倦怠现状,探讨疫情下大学生学习倦怠、网络成瘾与生涯适应力间的关系。方法:本研究分层抽取1587名大学生,运用大学生学习倦怠量表、中文网络成瘾量表和生涯适应力问卷对样本进行调查,采用SPSS 20.0和AMOS 24.0统计软件进行关系分析及模型检验。结果:个体在疫情下的学习倦怠性(r=-0.57,P<0.001)、网络成瘾性(r=-0.78,P<0.001)均与生涯适应力存在显著负相关;学习倦怠与网络成瘾存在显著正相关(r=0.61,P<0.001);生涯适应力在学习倦怠与网络成瘾之间起完全中介作用(中介效应占总效应的比例为82.56%)。结论:疫情下大学生个体的生涯适应力能够有效调节学习倦怠对网络成瘾的影响,降低大学生网络过度依赖现象。Objective:To investigate the current situation of learning burnout among undergraduates during the Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia,and to explore the relationship between learning burnout,Internet addiction and career adaptability of undergraduates during the epidemic.Methods:This study investigated a stratified random sampling of 1587 undergraduates by using college student learning burnout inventory,Chinese Internet Addiction Inventory and Career Adaptability Questionnaire,then made an analysis of data by SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 24.0.Results:(1)Learning burnout(r=-0.57,P<0.001)and Internet addiction(r=-0.78,P<0.001)both were significantly negatively correlated with career adaptability;There was significantly positive correlation between learning burnout and Internet addiction(r=0.61,P<0.001).(2)Career adaptability played a fully mediating role on the relationship between learning burnout and Internet addiction,the mediating effect accounted for 82.53%of the total effect.Conclusion:Undergraduates’career adaptability can effectively adjust the impact of learning burnout on Internet addiction during the novel coronavirus pneumonia,and reduce the phenomenon of undergraduates’over-dependence on the Internet.
