摘 要:以甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)、丙烯酰胺(AM)为单体,通过自由基聚合合成阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM),并用红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱进行结构表征。考察单体混合物用量、反应温度、引发剂用量、引发助剂用量和反应温度对单体转化率的影响。当AM、DMC质量比为1∶3,单体混合物用量为20%,温度为65℃,K_(2)S_(2)O_(8)用量为0.8%(对单体混合物质量),Na_(4)EDTA用量为0.05%(对单体混合物质量),时间为6 h时,合成CPAM的单体混合物转化率最大为97.56%。用较佳条件下制备的阳离子CPAM进行抑菌和抗静电实验,在CPAM用量为20 mg/L时,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率分别达到100.0%和99.5%,经5 g/L CPAM处理的聚酯布表面比电阻对数值降低了5.17,远大于GB/T 16801—1997要求的2.50。Cationic polyacrylamide(CPAM)was synthesized by free radical polymerization of methacryloyloxyethyltrimethyl ammonium chloride(DMC)and acrylamide(AM).CPAM was characterized by FT-IR and 1H NMR.The effects of monomer mixture amount,reaction temperature,amount of initiator,amount of initiator assistant and reaction temperature on monomer conversion were investigated.When the mass ratio of AM to DMC was 1∶3,the amount of monomer mixture was 20%,the reaction temperature was 65℃,the amount of K_(2)S_(2)O_(8) was 0.8%(on the mass of monomer mixture),the amount of Na_(4)EDTA was 0.05%(on the mass of monomer mixture),the reaction time was 6 h,the max conversion of the monomer mixture in the synthesis was 97.56%.The cationic CPAM prepared under better conditions was used for antibacterial and antistatic experiments.The results showed that the bacteriostatic rate of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus reached 100.0%and 99.5%,respectively.When the concentration of cationic CPAM was 20 mg/L,the surface specific resistance of the polyester cloth treated with 5 g/L of CPAM was reduced by 5.17,which was much larger than the 2.50 required in GB/T 16801—1997.
