摘 要:对档案专业人员职称制度变迁的系统研究有助于完善档案人才评价机制,促进高素质专业化人才队伍建设。基于典型特征分析,将制度变迁历程划分为初步探索、全面改革和创新发展三个时期,对演变规律进行了总结归纳。在此基础上,提出我国档案专业人员职称制度将沿着持续激发制度创新的内在动力、完善以岗位为基础的考评机制、构建尊重个性差异的评价体系和增强档案学共同体的凝聚作用的趋势发展。The systematic research on the change of professional title system of archivists is helpful to improve the evaluation mechanism of archivists and promote the construction of high-quality professional talents.Based on the analysis of typical characteristics,this paper divides the process of institutional change into three periods:preliminary exploration,comprehensive reform and innovative development,and summarizes the evolution law.On this basis,it is proposed that the professional title system of archival professionals in China will develop along the trend of continuously stimulating the internal driving force of system innovation,perfecting the post based evaluation mechanism,constructing the evaluation system of respecting individual differences and enhancing the cohesion of archival community.
