基于产业学院的跨境电商精英人才培养模式初探

摘　　要：哈尔滨职业技术学院积极探索产教深度融合模式,创新校企合作举措,作为黑龙江省数字贸易产教联盟副理事长单位,通过联盟对接黑龙江省战略新兴型产业,与俄速通集团展开深度合作,政行企校四方共建数字贸易生态产业学院,打造高水平电子商务专业群,共建数字贸易服务研究中心,为哈尔滨跨境电商试点城市建设与黑龙江省自由贸易区建设提供科学研究服务与有力的人才支撑。As the vice-director unit of digital trade industry-education alliance in Heilongjiang province,Harbin vocational and technical college actively explores the deep industry-education integration modes and innovates the college-enterprise cooperation measures.By linking up with the new-type strategic industries in Heilongjiang province,Harbin vocational and technical college cooperates with Ruston to carry out deep collaboration,establishes with joint efforts to set up digital trade ecological industrial institute,creates the high-level e-commerce major group,and makes joint efforts to build service research center of digital trade in order to provide the scientific research service and forceful talent support for the construction of cross-border e-commerce pilot city and Heilongjiang free trade zone.
