摘  要:根据保健品开发与管理专业人才培养目标,分析了以往“专业综合实训”教学中存在的问题,以“专业综合实训”课程为研究对象,重新构建了基于产教融合的保健品开发与管理专业综合实训方案并实施。教学实践证明,该模式的专业综合实训对接实际工作岗位,不仅提高了学生的综合素质和应用能力,对保健食品整个生产体系有了较为完整的认识,而且对进一步提高师资队伍的教学水平有促进作用。According to the training objectives of health product development and management professionals,and based on the analysis of the problems in the previous comprehensive training and teaching,the Professional Comprehensive Training courses were used as the research object,the comprehensive training scheme of health product development and management based on the integration of production and education was reconstructed and implemented.Teaching practice has proved that the professional comprehensive training of this model was connected to actual work positions,which can not only improve the comprehensive quality and application ability of students,but also had a relatively complete understanding of the whole production system of health food,and it was also useful for further improving the teaching level of teachers.
