摘 要:开展工程教育认证既是我国工程教育改革的内在要求和必然趋势,也是建设新工科的重要抓手。工程能力培养是工程教育认证体系中的核心要点。通过简述虚拟仿真技术在国内高校食品科学与工程专业工程能力培养过程中的现状,介绍该技术在工程能力培养专业基础课程、专业核心课程及其他专业课程教学中的主要应用,并对未来发展趋势提出建议。Development of engineering education accreditation is an intrinsic requirement and an inevitable trend of China's engineering education reform,and is an important step for the construction of new engineering.Engineering ability is the key point of engineering education accreditation system.This paper reviewed the utilization of virtual simulation teaching system during the engineering ability cultivation of food science and engineering specialty in domestic universities.The applications of virtual simulation technology to the specialized fundamental course and core professional course that positively related to the engineering ability cultivation,as well as other professional courses were introduced.Finally,some suggestions were proposed for the future development trend of virtual simulation teaching system.
