贵州省护士应对突发传染病的应急能力现状及其影响因素

摘　　要：目的调查贵州省护士应对突发传染病的应急能力,为制定培训方案提供科学依据。方法采用医护人员传染病突发事件应对能力调查问卷和一般资料问卷,于2020年3月以问卷星形式对贵州省不同等级医院的护理人员行分层抽样调查。结果回收有效问卷549份,回收率为99.46%。护理人员应急能力总分为146.36±25.68,得分率为77.03%,预防能力、准备能力及救援能力得分依次为12.05±2.22、21.12±5.02和110.39±18.50,得分率分别为80.33%、70.40%和76.13%,不同性别、医院等级、学历、年龄及执业时间护士的应急能力得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论贵州省护士应对突发传染病应急能力在中上水平,其中传染病感染谱、定期参加传染病突发事件应急演练、《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》及国际救援注意事项为应急能力的薄弱环节,应加强相关内容的培训。Objective To investigate the emergency respons e competences to emergent infectious diseases of nurses in Guizhou Province,provide scientific basis for the formulation of training program. Methods With the questionnaire on response competences to infectious diseases emergencies of medical staff and general information questionnaire,a stratified sampling survey was conducted on nursing staff in hospitals of different grades in Guizhou Province by Questionnaire Star in March 2020. Results Totally 549 valid questionnaires were collected,and the recovery rate was 99.46%. The total score of emergency response competences in nurses was 146.36±25.68,and the scoring rate was 77.03%. The scores of prevention ability,preparation ability and rescue ability were respectively 12.05±2.22,21.12±5.02 and 110.39±18.50,with the scoring rate of 80.33%,70.40% and 76.13%,respectively. The differenc es in score of emergency response competences were statistically significant among nurses with different gender,hospital grade,education,age and practice time(all P<0.05). Conclusion The response competences to emergent infectious diseases in nurses of Guizhou Province is at an above-average level. Spectrum of infectious diseases,regular participation in the drill of infectious disease emergencies,the law of the People’s Republic of China on the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases,and precautions for international rescue are weak links in the emergency response competences,relevant training should be strengthened.
