基于工时测定的我院肿瘤日间病房护理人力资源配置研究

摘　　要：目的:通过测定肿瘤日间病房护理工作量,明确护士配置的实际需求,探索其人力资源配置的方法。方法:确定护理工作项目,培训观察员,测定直接护理项目和间接护理项目总工时,计算病房所需护士数,研究其配置比例。结果:肿瘤日间病房涉及的护理项目共有79项,其中直接护理项目52项,间接护理项目27项,日均直接护理项目和间接护理项目总时数95 h,理论上所需护士人数为22人,病人与护士配置比例为1∶0.17。结论:初步测定了我院肿瘤日间病房的护理工作量,并计算出肿瘤日间病房理论上的护士配置比例,为在临床科学配置肿瘤日间病房护理人力资源提供了参考依据。Objective:To determine the actual needs of nurse allocation and explore the method of human resource allocation by measuring the nursing workload of tumor day ward.Methods:Nursing work items were determined,observers were trained,total working hours of direct nursing items and indirect nursing items were measured,the number of nurses needed in wards was calculated,and the allocation ratio was studied.Results:A total of 79 nursing items were involved in the tumor day ward,including 52 direct nursing items and 27 indirect nursing items.The average daily total hours of direct nursing items and indirect nursing items were 95 hours.Theoretically,the number of nurses needed was 22,and the ratio of patients to nurses was 1∶0.17.Conclusion:This study preliminarily measured the nursing workload of the tumor day ward in our hospital,and calculated the theoretical nurse allocation proportion of the tumor day ward,which provided a reference for the clinical scientific allocation of nursing human resources in the tumor day ward.
