摘  要:茶,是中国历史上最具代表性、影响最为深远的植物。古代巴蜀在先秦时代即开始饮食茶叶,当属中国饮茶文化之源。文献中巴蜀常以姜、桂、椒等物与茶共煮。并且,这一饮茶方式随着茶叶的流通影响到中国南方多地。从医学角度而言,这一饮茶文化背后实则蕴含着因地制宜、药食同源的本草智慧;而从社会发展的角度来看,这体现了人类认识自然、探索发展的足迹与尝试。Tea is the most representative and influential plant in Chinese history. Ancient Bashu began to eat tea in the pre-Qin period,which is the source of Chinese tea drinking culture. In the literature,Bashu often cooks tea with ginger,cassia,pepper,etc. Moreover,this way of drinking tea has affected many places in southern China along with the circulation of tea. From a medical point of view,this tea drinking culture actually contains the herbal wisdom of adapting measures to local conditions and having the same medicine and food;from the point of view of social development,this reflects the footprints and attempts of mankind to understand nature and explore development.
