摘 要:大型复合材料壳体主要采用卧式纤维缠绕机缠绕成型,缠绕成型方式分为纵向缠绕及环向缠绕,其中前者是壳体成型的主要方式,纵向缠绕过程中张力的高精度控制是决定复合材料壳体成型质量的重点及难点。为提升复合材料壳体缠绕成型的质量及效率,本文针对卧式纤维缠绕机纵向缠绕张力高精度控制需求,通过分析闭环张力系统控制原理,提出了一种以伺服电机为执行元件的闭环张力控制系统,实现了纤维缠绕过程中纵向缠绕张力的高精度控制,提升了复合材料壳体成型精度。Horizontal fiber winding machine is used to wind large composite material shell. Winding molding methods are divided into longitudinal winding and circular winding. The former is the main way of shell molding. High precision tension control in longitudinal winding process is the key and difficult point to determine the molding quality of composite shell.To improve the quality and efficiency of composite shell winding forming. This paper aims at the requirement of high precision control of longitudinal winding tension of filament winding machine. By analyzing the control principle of closed-loop tension system,a closed-loop tension control system with servo motor as executive component is proposed. The high precision control of longitudinal winding tension in filament winding process is realized,and the molding accuracy of composite components is improved.
