摘　　要：目的研究microRNA-106b-5p(miR-106b)在胃癌组织中的表达水平及与胃癌患者临床病理资料和预后之间的关系。方法分析收治的25例胃癌患者临床资料,记录患者病理分级资料,通过qRT-PCR验证miR-106b在胃癌组织中的相对表达量,分析其与患者性别、年龄、分化程度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期之间的关系。结果在25对胃癌及癌旁组织中,miR-106b的相对表达量分别为(0.9259,1.4216)、(0.2155,0.3568),胃癌组织中miR-106b的表达水平显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);miR-106b的表达水平与胃癌患者淋巴结转移、TNM分期有关(P<0.05);生存分析显示miR-106b高表达组整体生存时间与低表达组生存时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论miR-106b在胃癌组织中表达呈较高水平,对胃癌的病情评估有指导意义。Objective To analyze the relative expression levels of miR-106b in gastric cancer tissues and to investigate its relationship with clinicopathological characteristics and patient survival.MethodsThe miR-106b levels of gastric cancer tissue in 25 patients were examined by qRT-PCR.Associations of miR-106b expression with various clinicopathological parameters were evaluated and Kaplan-Meier survival analysis was used to estimate its effect on patient survival.ResultsThe relative expression of miR-106b were(0.9259,1.4216)and(0.2155,0.3568)in 25 pairs of gastric cancer and adjacent normal gastric mucosal tissues respectively;The expression level of miR-106b was related to the lymph node metastasis and TNM stage in patients with gastric cancer(P<0.05),but it was not related to the age,gender and degree of differentiation with gastric cancer(P>0.05);Survival analysis showed that the overall survival time of miR-106b in the high expression group was shorter than that in the low expression group,but there was no significantly difference(P>0.05).ConclusionmiR-106b is highly expressed in gastric cancer tissues,which has guiding significance for the assessment of gastric cancer.
