China’s Participation in Global Sports Governance: Historical Context, Evolutionary Characteristics and Future Prospects

摘　　要：新中国成立以来,我国参与全球体育治理大致经历了初步探索与曲折发展、快速提升和全面深化3个阶段,实现了从边缘到参与再到引领的历史性跨越。演进特征主要体现为参与价值取向始终坚持维护国家利益和顺应国家发展战略、参与主体从单一主体向多元主体转变、参与内容从有限参与向全面参与转变、参与角色从边缘角色向重要角色转变。展望未来,我国参与全球体育治理要主动服从服务党和国家外交大局,为中国特色大国外交提供重要支撑;不断加强非物质性体育公共物品供给能力,为全球体育治理提供思想引领;继续提升国际体育话语权,为发出中国声音提供有力保障;积极履行大国体育责任与担当,为全球体育发展提供不竭动力。Since the founding of the people’s Republic of China,China’s participation in global sports governance has roughly experienced three stages:initial exploration and tortuous development,rapid promotion and comprehensive deepening,realizing a historic leap from edge to participation and then to leading.The evolution features are as follows:the value orientation of participation always upholds the national interests and conforms to the national development strategy;the main body of participation changes from single subject to multiple subjects;the content of participation changes from limited participation to full participation;the role of participation changes from marginal role to important role.Looking forward to the future,China’s participation in global sports governance should take the initiative to serve the overall situation of the party and the country’s diplomacy,provide important support for the diplomacy of big powers with Chinese characteristics;continuously strengthen the supply capacity of non-material sports public goods,provide ideological guidance for global sports governance;continue to enhance the international sports discourse power,provide strong guarantee for the voice of China;and actively fulfill the sports responsibility of big powers to provide inexhaustible power for the development of global sports.
