摘　　要：目的探讨妇科肿瘤采用糖类抗原125(CA125)、CA199和癌胚抗原(CEA)联合检测的诊断价值。方法选取2017年6月至2019年2月间湖南省妇幼保健院收治的200例妇科肿瘤患者,依据术后病理检查结果分为恶性肿瘤组和良性肿瘤组,每组100例。另选取同期100例健康体检人员作为健康对照组,统计分析三组人员的血清CA125、CA199和CEA水平,并分析两组患者CA125、CA199和CEA的诊断价值。结果两组患者的血清CA125、CA199和CEA水平均高于健康对照组,且恶性肿瘤组患者均高于良性肿瘤组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。恶性肿瘤组患者的CEA阳性率和联合检测阳性率均高于良性肿瘤组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),但两组患者的CA125和CA199阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。恶性肿瘤组患者的CA125和联合检测的曲线下面积(AUC)均高于良性肿瘤组,CA199和CEA的AUC均低于良性肿瘤组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组患者联合检测的AUC均高于三种肿瘤标志物单独检测,且CA125的AUC高于CA199和CEA,CEA的AUC高于CA199,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论妇科肿瘤采用CA125、CA199和CEA三者联合检测的诊断价值较单独检测高。Objective To study the diagnostic value of combination detection of cancer antigen 125(CA125),CA199 and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)for gynecological tumors.Methods A total of 200 patients with gynecological tumors who were admitted to Hunan Provincial Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were selected from June 2017 to February 2019.Based on postoperative pathological results,they were categorized into a malignant tumor group and a benign tumor group with 100 patients in each group.In addition,100 healthy individuals who received physical examination at the same hospital during the same period were selected as a healthy control group.The serum levels of CA125,CA199 and CEA were statistically analyzed in the three groups,and the diagnostic values of CA125,CA199 and CEA for gynecological tumors were statistically analyzed in the two groups.Results The levels of serum CA125,CA199 and CEA were significantly higher in the malignant tumor group and benign tumor group than in the healthy control group(all P<0.05).The levels of serum CA125,CA199 and CEA were significantly higher in the malignant tumor group than in the benign tumor group(all P<0.05).The positive rate of CEA and that of combination detection were significantly higher in the malignant tumor group than in the benign tumor group(all P<0.05),but there was no significant differences in positive rate of CA125 and CA199 between the malignant tumor group and the benign tumor group(P>0.05).The area under curve(AUC)of CA125 and that of combination detection were significantly higher in the malignant tumor group than in the benign tumor group(P<0.05),and the AUC of CA199 and CEA were significantly lower in the malignant tumor group than in the benign tumor group(P<0.05).The AUC of combination detection were significantly higher than each of single detection of CA125,CA199 and CEA(all P<0.05),and the AUC of CA125 were significantly higher than that of CA199 and CEA(all P<0.05)and the AUC of CEA were significantly higher than that of CA199(P<0.05).Conclusion The
