摘　　要：目的探讨综合康复治疗对脑部恶性肿瘤患者术后Barthel指数评分及生活质量的影响。方法选取2017年12月至2020年12月间陕西省康复医院收治的100例行手术治疗的脑部恶性肿瘤患者,采用随机抽签方式分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患者采用常规康复治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用综合康复治疗,比较两组患者干预前后日常生活能力和生活质量。结果干预后,观察组患者Barthel指数评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组患者生活质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论脑部恶性肿瘤患者术后采用综合康复治疗,日常生活能力和生活质量均得到提高。Objective To investigate the effects of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment on the Barthel index score and quality of in of patients with malignant brain tumors.Methods A total of 100 patients with malignant brain tumors admitted to Shaanxi Provincial Rehabilitation Hospital from December 2017 to December 2020 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 50 patients in each group.The observation group received comprehensive rehabilitation treatment besides conventional rehabilitation treatment and the control group received conventional rehabilitation treatment.Activity of daily living and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the Barthel index scores and GQOLI-74 scores were higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy can significantly improve activity of daily living and promote quality of life in patients with malignant brain tumors after surgery.
