摘　　要：高职院校是培养专业性技能型人才的主要基地,近年来,随着企业的转型升级,对专业性人才的需求量进一步增加。信息技术集群专业行业企业人才的需求量更是居高不下,这是因为信息技术是当前发展异常迅猛的一种行业,也是一种前沿性行业。基于此,高职院校有必要结合企业发展需要和行业自身发展阶段性特征,对专业人才的教学进行调整,从而更好满足企业的人才需求,推动教学的发展,人才的健康发展,促进社会经济的健康发展。Higher vocational colleges are the main base for cultivating professional talents.In recent years,with the transformation and upgrading of enterprises,the demand for professional talents has further increased.The demand for talents in the professional industries of information technology clusters is even higher.This is because information technology is an industry that is currently developing extremely rapidly,and it is also a frontier industry.Based on this,it is necessary for higher vocational colleges to adjust the teaching of professional talents in accordance with the needs of enterprise development and the characteristics of the industry’s own development stage,so as to better meet the needs of enterprises for talents,promote the development of teaching,the healthy development of talents,and promote society The healthy development of the economy.
