中医体质辨识在老年人群治未病健康管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察中医体质辨识在老年人群治未病健康管理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年2月—2019年2月某社区65岁以上老年人共计130人,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(65人)与对照组(65人)。给予对照组常规健康管理,观察组增加中医体质辨识以及相应干预措施。比较2组干预6个月后的生活质量(主要评估心理领域以及生理领域);比较干预1年后2组对象的各中医体质中平和质构成比;比较2组健康教育、疾病知识、养生保健知识评分。结果干预后,观察组的生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组中医体质中,平和质的构成比高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的健康教育、疾病知识、养生保健知识评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将中医体质辨识应用于老年人群健康管理中,有助于提高其健康知识、疾病知识以及养生保健知识掌握程度,改善老年人的身体健康状况,提高老年人的生活质量。Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine physique identification in health management of elderly population.Methods A total of 130 elderly people over 65 years of age in a community were selected from February 2017 to February 2019.They were divided into the observation group of 65 patients and the control group of 65 patients by random digital table method.The control group was given routine health management,and the observation group was given additional traditional Chinese medicine constitution identification and corresponding intervention measures.The quality of life(SF-36 assessment,mainly in psychological and physiological fields)was compared between the two groups after 6 months of intervention;the balanced constitution ratio of traditional Chinese medicine in the two groups after 1 year of intervention was compared;the satisfaction of the two groups was compared;the scores of health education,disease knowledge and health care knowledge were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the quality of life score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the composition ratio of calmness in traditional Chinese medicine constitution in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of health education,disease knowledge and health care knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine physique identification in the health management of the elderly is helpful to improve their health knowledge,disease knowledge and health care knowledge,improve their physical health status and improve quality of life.
