中医专业学位性研究生规培管理存在的主要问题

摘　　要：通过近几年中医专业学位研究生(简称中医专业研究生)规培管理,发现中医专业学位性研究生在规培过程中存在一些问题,影响着中医专业研究生临床技能的提高和人文思想发展,如何能衔接好中医专业学位性研究生培养与临床规范化培训,建议从中医专业研究生规培时间、规培专业分配、导师管理模式改进、临床规培带教模式优化、考核监督体系完善等方面着手。In recent years,through the regulation training management of professional postgraduate students in the specialty of traditional Chinese medicine,it is found that there are some problems in the regulation training process of professional postgraduate students in the specialty of traditional Chinese medicine,which affect the improvement of clinical skills and the development of humanistic thinking of clinical graduates,and how to better connect the educating of clinical graduates students with the training of clinical standardization.It is suggested that the regulation training time and regulation training of clinical graduates should be taken into consideration Training professional distribution,tutor management mode improvement,clinical training and teaching mode optimization,assessment and supervision system improvement.
