摘　　要：目的:Meta分析评价宫颈癌组织中冷休克蛋白Y盒结合蛋白1(YB-1)的表达及其临床意义。方法:计算机检索The Cochrane Library、Embase、PubMed、中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、维普、万方数据库,并同时手工检索相关期刊,检索建库开始至2020年5月国内外关于宫颈癌中YB-1的表达及其与临床病理特征相关性的文献,按照纳入、剔除标准筛选符合的文献,采用纽卡斯尔-渥太华量表(NOS)评价所纳入的研究,应用Review Manager 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入8个病例-对照研究,宫颈癌630例、宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)349例和对照组179例。Meta分析YB-1表达结果显示:宫颈癌组和CIN组的表达均高于与对照组[OR=32.97,95%CI(11.94,91.04);OR=4.01,95%CI(2.30,6.99)]、宫颈癌组高于CIN组[OR=6.61,95%CI(3.54,12.36)],差异均有统计学意义;宫颈癌伴淋巴结转移组高于无淋巴结转移组[OR=3.19,95%CI(1.50,6.78)];FIGO分期Ⅱ期组高于Ⅰ期组[OR=4.14,95%CI(2.25,7.61)];肿瘤直径≥4 cm组高于<4 cm组[OR=3.47,95%CI(1.88,6.39)];深肌层浸润组高于浅肌层浸润组[OR=2.86,95%CI(1.64,4.99)],差异均有统计学意义;但YB-1表达在中、低分化组与高分化组之间差异无统计学意义[OR=2.28,95%CI(0.47,11.08)]。结论:YB-1在宫颈癌的发生发展过程中表达逐渐增高,YB-1高表达还与宫颈癌较高FIGO分期、较大肿瘤直径、较深肌层浸润密切相关。但受纳入文献数量和质量限制,尚需更多的临床样本、设计更严谨的文献进一步证实。Objective:To evaluate the expression level of cold shock protein Y-box binding protein-1(YB-1)in cervical cancer tissue and its clinical significance by Meta-analysis.Methods:Various Chinese and English databases such as The Cochrane Library,Embase,PubMed,CNKI,CBM,VIP,WanFang database were used for seaching case-control studies that published at domestic and abroad about the expression of YB-1 in cervical cancer and correlation with its clinicopathological features by computer and manual retrieval.The search date was from the establishment of the database to May 2020.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the eligible studies were screened,and the included studies were evaluated with the Newcastle-Ottawa Scale(NOS).Review Manager 5.3 software was used for Meta-analysis.Results:8 case-control studies were included,including 630 cases of cervical cancer,349 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)and 179 cases of control group.Meta-analysis results showed that the expression of YB-1 in cervical cancer and CIN group was higher than that in the control group[OR=32.97,95%CI(11.94,91.04).OR=4.01,95%CI(2.30,6.99)],and the expression of YB-1 in the cervical cancer group was higher than that in CIN group[OR=6.61,95%CI(3.54,12.36)],all with statistically significant differences.The YB-1 expression of cervical cancer group with lymph node metastasis was higher than the group without metastasis[OR=3.19,95%CI(1.50,6.78)].The expression of YB-1 in the cervical cancer group with FIGO stageⅡgroup was higher than stageⅠgroup[OR=4.14,95%CI(2.25,7.61)],and tumor diameter≥4 cm group was higher than<4 cm group[OR=3.47,95%CI(1.88,6.39)],and the infiltration of deep muscle layer was higher than that of superficial muscle layer[OR=2.86,95%CI(1.64,4.99)],and all the difference was statistically significant.However,there was no difference in YB-1 expression between the moderately-poorly differentiated cervical cancer group and well differentiated cervical cancer group[OR=2.28,95%CI(0.47,11.08)].Conclusion:The expr
