摘 要:透明质酸(hyaluronan,HA)是细胞外基质(ECM)的重要成分,参与胚胎发育、细胞再生和伤口愈合等许多生物过程。近些年的研究发现,HA还参与肿瘤微环境的形成,通过与细胞表面特异性受体结合激活信号转导级联反应等途径促进多种恶性肿瘤细胞的生长、增殖、转移和耐药性的形成。此外,HA及其受体还可作为肿瘤生物标志物,在肿瘤的早期诊断、疗效判断、预后评估及临床治疗等方面具有重要的应用前景。本文着重就HA在几种常见恶性肿瘤中的研究进展进行综述。Hyaluronan(HA)is an important component of extracellular matrix(ECM),which is involved in many biological processes such as embryonic development,cell regeneration and wound healing.In recent years,it has been found that HA is also involved in the formation of tumor microenvironment,which promotes the growth,proliferation,metastasis and drug resistance of a variety of malignant tumor cells by binding with cell surface specific receptors and activating signal transduction cascade.In addition,HA and its receptors can also be used as tumor biomarkers,which have important application prospects in early diagnosis,curative effect judgment,prognosis evaluation and clinical treatment of tumors.This review focuses on the research progress of HA in several common malignant tumors.
