PRF膜和Bio-Gide膜在前牙区种植GBR植骨术中应用及对睡眠质量影响

摘　　要：目的:前牙区种植GBR植骨术中,分别应用PRF膜和Bio-Gide膜,对其引导骨再生的应用效果进行研究分析。方法:选取2018年6月至2019年6月重庆市两江新区第一人民医院收治的通过前牙区种植GBR植骨术治疗的患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,比较2组患者的新增骨垂直高度、水平宽度的变化情况以及睡眠质量。结果:2组患者的新增骨垂直高度、水平宽度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者的睡眠质量优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将PRF膜以及Bio-Gide膜应用在前牙区种植GBR植骨术中,临床效果均比较优良,且无影响睡眠。Objective:To study the application effect of PRF membrane and biogide membrane in guiding bone regeneration during GBR bone grafting.Methods:From June 2018 to June 2019,60 patients treated with anterior dental implant GBR bone grafting were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group.Results:Compared the vertical height and horizontal width of new bone between the two groups,P>0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The sleep quality of the observation group was better than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:the clinical effect of PRF membrane and biogide membrane in GBR bone grafting in anterior teeth area is good,and has no effect on sleep.
