摘　　要：目的:分析临床护士亚健康状态、睡眠质量情况及相关影响因素,为制订改善护士亚健康状态的策略和措施提供理论依据。方法:选取渝北区中医院的临床护士230名作为研究对象,应用亚健康评定量表(SHMS V1.0)进行问卷调查,对存在亚健康状态的护士再使用疲劳评定量表(FAI)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)进行调查分析。结果:经调查发现,亚健康评定量表平均得分66.2分,亚健康发生率为64.9%。存在亚健康状态的149名护士的疲劳评定量表平均得分为(177.35±10.28)分,匹兹堡睡眠质量得分为(9.04±1.36)分。临床护士亚健康情况及出现疲劳、睡眠质量差情况存在差异性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床护士亚健康发生率高,其疲劳、睡眠质量差的程度与工作压力大、强度高、作息不规律等有关。Objective:To investigate the sub-health status and sleep quality of clinical nurses,analyze the influencing factors,and provide a theoretical basis for strategies and measures to improve the sub-health status of nurses.Methods:A total of 230 clinical nurses in the Chinese Medicine Hospital of Yubei District were selected as the research objects and investigated with the sub-health measurement scale version 1.0(SHMS V1.0).The fatigue assessment instrument(FAI)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)were used to investigate the nurses in the sub-health state.Results:The average score of the sub-health rating scale was 66.2,and the incidence rate of sub-health was 64.9%.The average scores of FAI and PSQI were 177.35±10.28 and 9.04±1.36,respectively.There were differences in clinical nurses′sub-health status,fatigue,and poor sleep quality,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The incidence of sub-health among nurses is high,and the degree of fatigue and poor sleep quality are related to high pressure,heavy workload,and irregular work and rest,etc.
