摘 要:与传统法学教育相比,数据法学教育呈现出文理交叉、技术理性与人文关怀兼容的“新文科”特征。数据法学教育不仅对传统法学课程体系建设提出了新的要求,也将以科研导向和前沿性问题弥补法学教育在数据领域的不足。尽管数据法学教育与传统法学教育存在较大差异,但数据法学教育仍需借助传统法学教育的优势。发展数据法学教育的核心在于培养跨学科复合型人才,其关键在于法学研究与信息技术在教学过程中的有机融合。Compared with traditional law education,data law education presents the characteristics of“new liberal arts”that overlap between liberal arts and sciences with technical rationality and humanistic care.Data law education not only puts forward new requirements for the construction of the traditional law curriculum system,but also makes up for the relatively weak status of law education in the field of data with scientific research orientation and pioneer issues.Although there exists a big difference between data law education and traditional law education,data law education still needs to take advantage of traditional law education.The core of the development of data law education lies in the cultivation of interdisciplinary talents,and the key is still the organic integration of law research and information technology in the teaching process.
