摘 要:论文利用组织生态学中的组织生态圈以及生态位理论,剖析了新冠肺炎疫情冲击下海外华文教育面临的困境,探讨了海外华文教育发展的趋势与路径。研究认为,在新冠肺炎疫情全球蔓延的背景下,海内外华文教育组织出现大量资源重叠现象,生态圈面临重组;海内外华文教育组织生态位窄化问题也比较突出。面对海外华文教育将呈现数字化、多元化、全日制、全球化、专业化的发展趋势,政府层面应加快健全完善规范管理机制建设,为海外华文教育组织发展提供合法性支持;市场化层面应注重培育与引导,建立多层次、多功能、多样化的资源、能力与技术层的华文生态布局;社会资源层面应加强人才队伍培养,提高华文教育专业化能力。The concepts of organizational ecosystem and organizational niche in organizational ecology provide a new perspective for studying the development of overseas Chinese education.Under COVID-19,the ecosystem of overseas Chinese education at home and abroad is facing more challenges,with legitimacy issues inherent in cyberspace where education resources have been increasingly overlapped.The trend of overseas Chinese education will also be to all-day availability and to be more digitized and diversified as well as globalized and specialized.This paper suggests that at the government level,China should speed up establishment of a standardized management mechanism to provide legal support for overseas Chinese education.At the market level,overseas Chinese education should be guided and encouraged to adopt multi-functional and diversified resources including technologies to operate.Lastly,professional training should be emphasized to improve educators’performance.
