摘  要:文中首先基于航班频率和机场服务费用对Hotelling模型进行了拓展假设,其次分析"一市两场"下航班频率与机场服务费用的变化对航空公司均衡利润的影响,分析结果发现:航空公司降低大型机场的航班频率、增加中小机场航班频率和增加大型机场机场服务费用、减少中小机场机场服务费用会使得航空公司的均衡利润先减少,但最终会呈现增加的趋势;最后从机场、航空公司、政府三方的视角提出利益补偿的思路和手段。研究表明:政府发挥顶层协调机制,刺激航空公司调整在大型机场与中小机场的航班频率、大中小机场调整服务费用收费标准以及政府及时给予利益补偿等一系列手段能促进区域内多机场间均衡发展。Firstly,based on the flight frequency and airport service cost,this paper develops the Hotelling model.Secondly,it analyzes the impact of the change of flight frequency and airport service cost on the airline’s equilibrium profit under the"one city,two markets"situation Reducing the airport service costs of small and medium-sized airports will make the balanced profits of airlines decrease at first,but will eventually show an increasing trend;finally,from the perspective of airports,airlines and the government,this paper puts forward the ideas and means of interest compensation.The results show that:the government plays a top-level coordination mechanism,stimulates airlines to adjust the flight frequency between large and medium-sized airports,adjusts the service charge standards of large and medium-sized airports,and timely benefits compensation from the government can promote the balanced development of multiple airports in the region.
