高职院校物流管理1+X书证融通及国际化研究——以中国-东盟职业教育合作为契入点

摘　　要：东盟国家是我国开展"一带一路"合作的主体,近年来双方职业教育国际交流日益频繁,在"1+X"证书方面具有广泛的合作前景。文中对"1+X"证书制度实施及推广进行研究与实践,分三个层面进行:"1+X"理论梳理层面;物流管理"1+X"技术操作层面即书证融通系统筹划、融通模式、融通方法和基本实施步骤;物流管理"1+X"推广应用层面即"1+X"证书国际化发展策略。旨在建立职教领域长期、稳固物流管理"1+X"实践运行及国际化推广,进一步发挥我国高职院校的示范作用,引领我国与东盟国家在高等职业教育领域的务实合作。ASEAN countries are the main one of The Belt and Road Initiative in China.In recent years,the bilateral occupation education has been increasingly frequent in international exchanges,and has broad cooperation prospects in the"1+X"certificate.This paper studies and practices the implementation and promotion of"1+X"certificate system,which is divided into three levels:"1+X"theory carding level;logistics management"1+X"technical operation level,namely,documentary financing system planning,financing mode,financing methods and basic implementation steps;logistics management"1+X"promotion and application level,namely"1+X"certificate internationalization development strategy.The aim is to establish a long-term and stable logistics management"1+X"practice operation and international promotion in the field of vocational education,further play the exemplary role of China’s higher vocational colleges,and lead the practical cooperation between China and ASEAN countries in the field of higher vocational education.
