口腔医学线上教学督导的实施与评价体系初探

摘　　要：线上教学是新形势下重要的教学方式,如何开展线上教学督导,保障线上教学的教学质量,是口腔医学教育面临的新挑战。根据现有的督导指标与权重,融合CanMEDS对于学生交流、自主学习能力等评价,探讨了构建网络课程的教学督导指标体系,形成督导—评价—反馈的改进机制。指出这一机制不拘泥于时空的限制,可以随时辅导教学情况,针对课程资源、教学设计、教学活动等方面,开展定期的检查、反馈、督促与引导,不仅完善了教学督导制度,更有效保障了线上教学质量。Online teaching is an important teaching method under the new situation.How to carry out online teaching supervision and ensure the teaching quality of online teaching is a new challenge faced by stomatology education.According to the existing supervision indicators and weights,the evaluation of CanMEDS of students’communication and autonomous learning ability is integrated to construct the teaching supervision indicator system of online courses and to form an improved mechanism of supervision,evaluation and feedback.This paper points out that this mechanism is not restricted to the limitation of time and space.It can guide teaching at any time and carry out regular inspection,feedback,supervision and guidance of curriculum resources,teaching design,and teaching activities,which not only perfects the teaching supervision system,but also effectively guarantees the online teaching quality.
