摘  要:研究生助管工作除了补充管理队伍、助学助困的功能外,更重要的是在工作中培养研究生综合素质的育人功能。从研究生助管工作的开展现状来看,其育人功能并未得到充分发挥。通过对当前研究生助管工作面临的现实问题进行分析,提出研究生导师、设岗单位、学校及研究生个体等四个主体共同努力,构建研究生助管工作“四位一体”的育人模式,主要从优化顶层设计,强化制度建设;加强政策宣传,提高思想认识;建立正向评价机制,实现全方位育人;建立助管日志制度,强化监督管理;加强信息化建设,提升助管工作管理水平等方面,实现育人功能。In addition to the functions of supplementing the management team and helping the students with economic difficulties and learning difficulties,a more important function of the work of graduate management assistants is to cultivate the comprehensive quality of graduate students.Judging from the current situation of the work of graduate management assistants,its educational functions have not been fully realized.By analyzing the practical problems facing the current graduate management assistance work,it is proposed that the four subjects,including graduate tutors,post establishment units,schools and graduate students,jointly build a“four-in-one”education model.We should try to realize the education functions of graduate management assistants from the following aspects:optimizing the top-level design and strengthening the system construction;strengthening policy publicity and improving ideological consciousness;establishing positive evaluation mechanism and trying to realize all-round education;establishing the log system of management assistants and strengthening supervision and management;strengthening information construction and improving management level.
