摘　　要：目的:分析不同胃管置入长度对肠梗阻胃肠减压临床效果的影响。方法:选取2019年2月~2020年2月某院收治的肠梗阻患者86例为研究对象,应用随机数字表法将86例患者分为研究组和对照组,组间一般资料差异不显著(P>0.05),可以对比。患者入院后均留置胃管开展胃肠减压治疗,给予不同的长度确定方式,对照组患者胃管置入长度为45~55cm,研究组患者胃管置入长度为60~70cm。同时给予患者抗炎、补液以及低压灌肠等常规治疗。观察两组患者的胃管留置时间、引流量以及术后腹胀程度。结果:研究组患者的胃管留置时间和引流量分别为(4.23±1.41)d和(504.36±80.79)mL,均显著优于对照组的(7.26±1.54)d和(261.63±84.08)mL(P<0.05)。研究组患者术后无腹胀和轻度腹胀患者数量分别为4例(9.30%)和15例(34.88%),均显著低于对照组的11例(25.58%)和23例(53.49%),P<0.05。结论:应用留置胃管对肠梗阻患者进行胃肠减压治疗时,在常规胃管置入长度的基础上适当增加长度有助于提升治疗效果。Objective:To analyze the influence of different length of gastric tube on the clinical effect of gastrointestinal decompression for intestinal obstruction.Methods:86 patients with intestinal obstruction in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with no significant difference in general data between the two groups(P>0.05),which can be compared.After admission,the patients were treated with gastric tube indwelling for gastrointestinal decompression,and given different ways to determine the length.The length of gastric tube in the control group was 45-55cm,and the length of gastric tube in the study group was 60-70cm.Patients were given anti-inflammatory,rehydration and low-pressure enema and other conventional treatment.The gastric tube indwelling time,drainage volume and postoperative abdominal distension of the two groups were observed.Results:The gastric tube indwelling time and drainage volume of the study group were(4.23±1.41)d and(504.36±80.79)mL,significantly better than(7.26±1.54)d and(261.63±84.08)mL of the control group(P<0.05).The number of patients without abdominal distension and mild abdominal distension in the study group were 4(9.30%)and 15(34.88%),significantly lower than 11(25.58%)and 23(53.49%)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:When using indwelling gastric tube for gastrointestinal decompression in patients with intestinal obstruction,it is helpful to increase the length of the gastric tube on the basis of the conventional length.
