摘　　要：目的:探究宫腔镜手术治疗黏膜下子宫肌瘤的效果及对患者卵巢功能的改善分析。方法:选取2017年5月~2019年6月在本院的140例黏膜子宫肌瘤患者,分为宫腔镜组和腹腔镜组,各70例。比较两组患者手术观察指标和卵巢功能观察指标的差异。结果:宫腔镜组的各项手术情况以及FSH、LH水平均低于腹腔镜组,宫腔镜组E2、P水平高于腹腔镜组,P<0.05。结论:宫腔镜手术治疗黏膜下子宫肌瘤的效果显著。Objective:To investigate the effect of hysteroscopic surgery on submucosal uterine fibroids and the improvement of ovarian function.Methods:A total of 140 patients with mucosal uterine fibroids from May 2017 to June 2019 were enrolled in the hysteroscopic group and the laparoscopic group,70 in each group.The differences in surgical observation indexes and ovarian function observation indexes between the two groups were compared.Results:The operation of hysteroscopy and the FSH and LH levels were lower than those of the laparoscopic group.The levels of E2 and P in the hysteroscopy group were higher than those in the laparoscopic group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hysteroscopic surgery for submucosal uterine fibroids can achieve better therapeutic effect and improve ovarian function.
