上前牙外伤脱落即刻种植与延期种植美学修复效果及美观度分析

摘　　要：目的:即刻种植和延期种植对上前牙外伤脱落修复效果情况分析。方法:选取2018年7月~2019年7月本院诊治72例上前牙外伤脱落患者资料,随机分为两组,对照组予以延期种植,研究组予以即刻种植,分析两组修复与美观度情况。结果:治疗后,研究组骨高度(9.35±0.51)mm比对照组高,研究组骨长轴的角度(50.16±0.25)度比对照组低,差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组色泽(8.37±0.98)、附着高度(8.95±1.08)分、咀嚼功能(9.03±0.85)分、整体的美观度(8.96±0.98)分,均比对照组高,差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:即刻种植治疗上前牙外伤脱落患者,相比延期种植干预,更能显著提高患者修复效果与美观度,具有一定临床应用价值。Objective:To analyze the effect of immediate planting and delayed planting on the repair of upper anterior teeth trauma.Methods:The data of 72 patients with upper anterior teeth trauma were collected from July 2018 to July 2019.The data were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was postponed,and the research group was planted immediately.Analyze the restoration and aesthetics of the two groups.Results:After treatment,the bone height of the study group(9.35±0.51)mm was higher than that of the control group.The angle of the long axis of the study group(50.16±0.25)was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Group color(8.37±0.98),attachment height(8.95±1.08),chewing function(9.03±0.85),overall aesthetics(8.96±0.98),higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Immediately implanted patients with anterior teeth traumatic detachment can significantly improve the repair effect and aesthetics of patients with delayed implant intervention,and have certain clinical application value.
