学分制背景下广告设计人才培养机制研究

摘　　要：高职院校要培养服务区域发展的高素质技术技能人才。随着新疆地区经济的快速发展,对高素质技术技能人才的需求越来越多。新疆地区高职院校要深入贯彻国家职业教育改革政策,推进区域高等职业教育的创新改革,构建完善的高素质技术技能人才培养机制。学分制作为创新教学管理制度,将为新疆地区高素质技术技能型人才培养提供良好的发展契机。文章以广告设计专业为例,基于学分制分析广告设计人才培养的重要性,从专业课程学分学时分配、实训课程学分学时分配和学分学时实施保障条件三个方面讨论学分制背景下广告设计人才培养机制,旨在提高新疆地区高职院校广告设计人才培养质量,满足新疆地区广告设计人才需求。Higher vocational colleges should cultivate high-quality technical and skilled personnel to serve regional development.With the rapid development of Xinjiang economy,the demand for high-quality technical talents is increasing.Higher vocational colleges in Xinjiang should carry out the national policy of vocational education reform,promote the innovation and reform of regional higher vocational education,and construct a perfect training mechanism for high-quality technical and skilled personnel.Credit production is an innovative teaching management system,which will provide a good opportunity for the cultivation of high-quality technical and skilled talents in Xinjiang.Taking advertising design major as an example,this paper analyzes the importance of advertising design talent cultivation based on the credit system,and discusses the advertising design talent cultivation mechanism under the background of the credit system from three aspects:distribution of credit hours for professional courses,distribution of credit hours for practical training courses,and guarantee conditions for the implementation of credit hours,which aims to improve the quality of advertising design talents training in higher vocational colleges in Xinjiang and meet the needs of advertising design talents in Xinjiang.
