“立德树人”视域下高职院校思政课保障机制研究

摘　　要：高校教育而言,要想真正实现立德树人的目标,最有效的途径就是思政课程,当然这也是思政课程的根本任务。可以说高校思政课程肩负着培养社会主义接班人的历史重任。进行此研究,不管是对社会主义事业建设而言,还是对于祖国的未来发展而言,均存在至关重要的实际意义。本文将从坚持党的领导,院党委"领航"等方面,来完善思政课建设制度保障;坚持立德树人,提高思政课教师素养两个方面浅析高职院校思政课保障机制。As far as college education is concerned,the most effective way to truly realize the goal of establishing morality is through ideological and political courses.It can be said that college ideological and political courses shoulder the historical responsibility of cultivating socialist successors.This paper will improve the system guarantee for ideological and political course construction from the aspects of adhering to the leadership of the Party and the“leading”of the Party committee of the college;insisting on cultivating morality and improving the quality of ideological and political teacher mechanism.
