摘　　要：通过噪声是车辆在行驶过程中对外界产生噪声的主要形式,同时也是判断其能够在道路和非道路运行的重要指标之一。基于阶次分析技术,对拖拉机进行通过噪声测试,并将结果结合拖拉机部件的振动噪声特性进行分析研究。得到拖拉机通过噪声的主要贡献量为风扇噪声、变速箱噪声或两者兼有,通过控制风扇转速和变速箱齿轮啸叫能有效降低拖拉机的通过噪声。Pass-by noise is the main form of external noise produced by vehicles during the driving process,and it is also one of the important indicators to judge its ability to run on road or off road.Based on the order analysis technique,this paper tests the pass-by noise of a tractor,analyzes the vibration and noise characteristics of the tractor components with the test result,finds out that the main contribution of tractor pass-by noise is fan noise,gearbox noise or both,and then can effectively reduce the tractor pass-by noise by controlling fan speed and gearbox whistle.
