工业级石墨烯纳米片对碳化硅陶瓷摩擦磨损性能影响的研究  被引量:2

摘  要:分别将0~5 vol%的工业级石墨烯纳米片(GNPs)引入到SiC陶瓷中,研究了GNPs含量对SiC陶瓷的密度、硬度、微观结构等影响,通过盘销摩擦磨损试验研究了GNPs含量对SiC陶瓷与SiC、Si_(3)N_(4)、Al_(2)O_(3)和GCr15等配偶材料间的摩擦磨损行为。结果表明:随着GNPs的增加,SiC陶瓷相对密度减小、硬度下降;SEM显示了断口的薄片状GNPs以(0002)面在SiC晶粒间近似平行排布;随着GNPs连续增加至5 vol%,SiC陶瓷与SiC、Si_(3)N_(4)摩擦系数分别降低了26.5%、26.9%,磨损量则减少了94.7%和98.9%;SiC陶瓷与Al_(2)O_(3)、GCr15的摩擦系数则先降低后升高,而磨损量不断减低,当引入4 vol%GNPs时,SiC陶瓷的滑动摩擦系数最低,分别降低了20.5%、30.8%,含有5 vol%GNPs的Si C陶瓷的磨损量最少,分别减少了93.5%和77.5%;磨损区的微观形貌和拉曼光谱表明,引入GNPs的SiC陶瓷在磨损表面形成了含石墨烯的润滑膜,该润滑膜填充表面磨痕并附着于表面;随着GNPs的增加,形成的润滑膜则更为连续。嵌入SiC基体的GNPs在滑动摩擦中形成润滑膜是降低摩擦系数、减少磨损量的关键因素。The industrial GNPs from 0~5 vol%were incorporated in SiC ceramics.The effect of GNPs on the density,microstructure and phase composition of SiC was investigated.The friction and wear behavior of GNPs/SiC to different materials,including SiC,Si_(3)N_(4),Al_(2)O_(3) and GCr15,was discussed on wear tester.The results show the density and relative density of SiC with GNPs decrease slightly,and the hardness decreases sharply with the increase of GNPs.GNPs embedded in the SiC exhibits a high orientation,which crystal face(0002)approximately parallels to each other.For SiC ceramics with 5 vol%,friction coefficients to SiC,Si_(3)N_(4) reduce by 26.5%and 26.9%,abrasive loss reduce significantly by 94.7%and 98.9%.For SiC to Al_(2)O_(3) and GCr15,the friction coefficients decrease and then increase with the increase of GNPs,and SiC with 4 vol%GNPs has the lowest friction coefficients which reduce by 20.5%and 30.8%,abrasive loss of SiC with 5 vol%GNPs reduce greatly by 93.5%and 77.5%.The Raman spectroscopy and SEM of the SiC worn zone show that a large number of graphene-containing lubricating films are formed on the GNPs/SiC ceramic grinding surface and GNPs can fill the surface pores and adhere to the SiC surface.As GNPs increases,the formed lubricating film is more continuous.The GNPs embedded in the matrix play the crucial role for the reduction of friction coefficient and abrasive loss of SiC ceramics.
