摘　　要：目的:探讨Pentacam眼前节分析仪对眼前节生物参数的评价效果。方法:收集2018年1月~2019年5月就诊于本院的42例(84眼)原发性闭角型青光眼患者,均行激光虹膜周边切除术(LPI)治疗。使用Pentacam眼前节分析仪检查LPI治疗前、治疗1d后前房形态参数。结果:LPI治疗后周边前房深度(PACD)、中央前房深度(CACD)、前房容积(ACV)高于治疗前,眼内压(IOP)低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);LPI治疗前、后前房角(ACA)、最佳矫正视力(BCVA)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Pentacam眼前节分析仪是判断原发性闭角型青光眼治疗前、后眼前节生物参数变化的有效手段,可准确评估患者治疗效果。Objective:To evaluate the effect of Pentacam anterior segment analyzer on the biological parameters of anterior segment.Methods:A total of 42 patients(84 eyes)with primary angle-closure glaucoma who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were collected and all underwent laser peripheral irisectomy(LPI)treatment.The Pentacam anterior segment analyzer was used to check the morphological parameters of the anterior chamber before LPI treatment and after 1 day of treatment.Results:After LPI treatment,the peripheral anterior chamber depth(PACD),central anterior chamber depth(CACD),and anterior chamber volume(ACV)were higher than before treatment,and intraocular pressure(IOP)was lower than before treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Before and after LPI treatment,the anterior chamber angle(ACA)and best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)were not significantly different(P>0.05).Conclusion:Pentacam anterior segment analyzer is an effective method to judge the changes of biological parameters in the anterior segment of the primary angle-closure glaucoma.
