护理教学查房在压力蒸汽灭菌器培训中的应用及效果评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨护理教学查房在消毒供应室对专科护生进行压力蒸汽灭菌培训中的应用效果,提高消毒供应室的护生教学质量。方法:将2018年5月~2019年4月在消毒供应室实习的120名专科护生随机分成对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规培训。观察组在常规培训后,结合以护生为主体的护理教学查房一次,安排在实习最后一周。结果:①常规培训结合压力蒸汽灭菌护理教学查房专科护生对教学整体满意度对照组为78.33%(46/60),观察组91.67%(55/60),差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.065,P=0.024);②压力蒸汽灭菌相关知识考核成绩对照组为(73.22±4.07)分,观察组为(83.67±4.05)分,差异具有统计学意义(t=14.089,P<0.001)。结论:常规培训结合压力蒸汽灭菌护理教学查房,可以提升护生对消毒供应中心专业知识的掌握能力,提高护理教学质量和满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of nursing teaching rounds in the pressure steam sterilization training for nursing students in the disinfection supply room,and to improve the teaching quality of nursing students in the disinfection supply room.Methods:From May 2018 to April 2019,120 nursing students were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group received routine training.After the routine training,the experimental group made a ward round with nursing students as the main body,which was arranged in the last week of the internship.Results:①The overall satisfaction of nursing students in the control group was 78.33%(46/60)and the experimental group was 91.67%(55/60),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.065,P=0.024);②the score of related knowledge assessment of pressure steam sterilization was(73.22±4.07)in the control group and(83.67±4.05)in the experimental group,the difference was statistically significant(t=14.089,P<0.001).Conclusion:Routine training combined with pressure steam sterilization nursing teaching rounds can improve the ability of nursing students to master the professional knowledge of disinfection supply center,and improve the quality and satisfaction of nursing teaching.
