经尿道膀胱肿瘤整块切除配合多点活检在膀胱肿瘤分期中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道膀胱肿瘤整块切除配合多点活检在膀胱肿瘤分期中的临床效果。方法选取2018年7月至2019年12月在本院通过经尿道膀胱肿瘤整块切除配合多点活检治疗膀胱肿瘤患者25例(实验组),另选在本院行传统膀胱肿瘤电切术(TURBT)患者25例(对照组),对比两组的二次电切率、多点活检结果评分、并发症发生率。结果实验组二次电切率为0(0/25),多点活检在肿瘤周边、膀胱双侧壁、三角区有较高的阳性率。对照组二次电切率为16%(4/25)。两组均未出现膀胱穿孔或膀胱严重出血。结论经尿道膀胱肿瘤整块切除配合多点活检,简单易行,安全、并发症少,可提高膀胱肿瘤分期的精准性。Objective To investigate the elinical value of en-bloc transurethral resection of bladder tumor with multipoint biopsy in bladder tumor.Methods From July 2018 to December 2019,25 patients with bladder tumor treated by en-bloc transurethral resection of bladder tumor with multi-point biopsy and 25 patients with bladder tumor treated by transurethral resection of bladder tumor(TURBT)from January 2017 to June 2018.The data were compared between two groups.Results In the experimental group,the secondary resection rate was 0,and the positive rate of multipoint biopsy was higher in the tumor periphery,bilateral bladder wall and triangle area,without bladder perforation or serious bladder bleeding.Conclusions en-bloc transurethral resection of bladder tumor with multi-point biopsy,is safe,easy,and can improve the accuracy of bladder tumor staging.
