摘　　要：转专业是涉及到部分学生根本利益的一件大事。化学工程与工艺专业是高校转出专业的大户,从细化高等教育法律法规规定,强化学生法律意识,健全监督程序等方面初步探讨了高校学生转专业工作中涉及到的相关法律法规议题,为相关工作平稳开展提供借鉴。Changing major is one of the biggest issues of some undergraduate students while chemical engineering and pro⁃cess is one transferred major.In this article,we discussed the legal and regulatory issues during changing major process from refining legal and regulatory in education field,intensifying legal awareness,and improving procedure supervision.It aims to provide reference for the changing major work.
