摘　　要：目的:研究社会心理学干预对综合医院心境障碍患者院外服药依从性的影响。方法:将102例患者随机分为实验组和对照组,成立由医生及护士等人员组成的指导小组,对实验组进行社会心理学干预。对照组采取常规健康教育。出院后1周、1月、3月及6月分别对两组患者进行中文版Morisky服药依从性评估,观察两组院外服药依从情况。结果:随着时间的推移,实验组和对照组的患者依从性均降低,实验组降低幅度更小,3月和6月实验组依从性评分明显高于对照组。结论:对综合医院心境障碍患者实施社会心理学干预能提高患者院外服药依从性,利于患者的康复、回归生活和社会。Objective: To research the effect of medication compliance out-hospital on providing social psychological intervention for mood disorders ingeneral hospital.Methods: A total of 102 patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. A guiding group composed of doctors, nurses and other staff was set up to conduct social psychological intervention for the experimental group, while the control group was given common health education. All patients were evaluated with the Morisky Medication Adherence Scale in Chinese version to observe their compliance of taking medicine out hospital at the end of one week, one month, three months and six months after discharge.Results: Over time, the medication compliance of patients in the two groups were both decreased, and the experimental group had smaller decrease. After 3 months or 6 months, the medicate-on compliance of experimental group were significantly higher than that respectively of the control group.Conclusion: Social psychological intervention for mood disorders in general hospital can enhance the compliance of taking medicine after discharge. It is conducive to the recovery of patients,and helps them to return to their social life.
