摘　　要：高校思想政治理论课是新时代落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程,高校思想政治理论课教师是立德树人、铸魂育人的生力军。而"思政课"教师中青年教师群体是高校思想政治理论课教师的主力军之一。他们思维活跃、善于学习,整体素质较高,但也不同程度的存在教学素质与能力欠缺,学识魅力、教学魅力、人格魅力不足等突出问题。新时代青年思政课教师应积极"求真",提升理论功底魅力;追求"至善",提升课堂教学魅力;完善"审美",提升情感人格魅力;不断"践勇",提升与时俱进魅力。The ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities is the key course which cultivating students’morality.The teachers of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities are the fresh power of cultivating people with moral integrity and cultivating people with soul.The young teachers of ideological and political course are one of the main power of ideological and political theory course teachers.They are active in thinking,good at learning,and have a high overall quality,but they are also deficient in teaching quality and ability to varying degrees,and lack of knowledge charm,teaching charm,personality charm and other prominent problems.Young ideological and political course teachers in the new era should actively"seek truth"and enhance the charm of theoretical foundation;To pursue the"supreme good"and enhance the charm of classroom teaching;Improve the"aesthetic",enhance the emotional personality charm;Continue to explore,enhance the charm of advancing with The Times..
