摘  要:近年来,我国"互联网+""国家大数据战略"等的实施推动了数字经济健康快速发展,但也伴随着风险和不确定因素,企业亟须建立起能更快更好适应环境的新型组织架构迎接挑战。本文基于数字经济不断发展完善的大背景,旨在研究平台型企业商业模式创新,通过对典型平台型企业"大搜车"的商业模式创新进行分析,以期了解平台型企业商业模式创新成功的关键所在。研究表明:企业商业模式创新存在商业模式类同、信息利用率程度不高等问题,要想取得成功任重道远。最后,本文有针对性地提出因地制宜,通识合变,重视科技与数据应用工作等对策,望帮助企业解决问题,提升竞争力,适应新环境。In recent years,the implementation of China's"Internet+"and"National Big Data Strategy"has promoted the healthy and rapid development of digital economy,but with risks and uncertainties,enterprises urgently need to establish a new organizational structure that can adapt to the environment faster and better to meet the challenges.Based on the background of continuous development and perfection of digital economy,this paper aims to study the business model innovation of platformbased enterprises,and analyzes the business model innovation of"Big Search Car"of typical platform-based enterprises in order to understand the key to the success of business model innovation of platform-based enterprises.The research shows that there are some problems in enterprise business model innovation,such as similar business model and low utilization rate of information.Finally,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as adapting to local conditions,combining knowledge with change,paying attention to the application of science and technology and data,hoping to help enterprises solve problems,enhance competitiveness and adapt to the new environment.
