摘  要:将团队异质性、团队领导风格、团队互动行为等引入到学科服务团队的管理中,探究影响学科服务团队效能的内部因素。通过问卷调查北京、上海、广州等地的高校图书馆学科服务团队中的成员,研究发现:学科服务团队成员感知的团队效能高低受成员学历、职称和团队规模的影响;学科服务团队价值观异质性对团队效能有显著的负影响;学科服务团队较多采用了变革型领导风格,变革型领导、交易型领导风格对团队效能均产生正向的显著影响;学科服务团队互动行为对团队效能有显著正影响,影响力大小:团队凝聚力>团队任务冲突>团队知识共享>团队沟通,团队关系冲突对团队效能有显著的负影响;学科服务团队互动行为在团队领导风格与团队效能关系中起到中介作用。Team heterogeneity, team leadership style, team interaction behavior are introduced into the management of subject service team to explore the internal factors affecting the effectiveness of subject service team.Through a questionnaire survey of subject librarians in the subject service teams of university libraries in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and other places, it is found that: the perceived team effectiveness of subject service team members is influenced by their educational background, professional title and team size;the subject service team’s value heterogeneity has a significant negative impact on team effectiveness;the subject service teams mostly adopt transformational leadership style, transformational leadership and transactional leadership styles have positive and significant effects on team effectiveness;the subject service team interaction behavior has a significant positive impact on team effectiveness, and the size of the influence: team cohesion>team task conflict>team knowledge sharing>team communication, team relationship conflict has a significant negative impact on team effectiveness;the subject service team interaction behavior plays a mediating role in the relationship between team leadership style and team effectiveness.
