头颈部良恶性肿瘤早期诊断中血常规的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的 分析头颈部良恶性肿瘤早期诊断中血常规的应用价值。方法 选定本院2018年10月-2020年10月住院治疗的100例头颈部良恶性肿瘤患者,根据肿瘤良恶性分组,将65例良性患者作为对照组,35例恶性患者作为实验组,对比两组血常规,对比实验组不同TNM分期患者血常规,对比实验组不同分化程度患者血常规。结果 实验组NEU、NLR、RDW均高于对照组,实验组LYM低于对照组差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。Ⅲ期~Ⅳ期组NEU、NLR、RDW均高于Ⅰ期~Ⅱ期组,Ⅲ期~Ⅳ期组LYM低于Ⅰ期~Ⅱ期组差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。低分化组NEU、NLR、RDW均高于中分化组,中分化组高于低分化组,低分化组LYM低于中分化组,中分化组低于高分化组差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论 头颈部恶性肿瘤患者血常规检测中NEU、RDW、NLR呈高表达,LYM呈低表达,故加强血常规检查,可为疾病早期良恶性鉴别提供参考依据。Objective To analyze the application value of blood routine in the early diagnois of benign and malignant tumors of head and neck.Methods A total of 100 patients with benign and malignant tumors of head and neck who were hospitalized in our hospital from Oectober 2018 to October 2020 were selected.According to the tumor benign and malignant groups,65 benign patients were used as the reference group,and 35 malignant patients were used as the experimental group.Test and compare the blood routines of the two groups,compare the blood routines of patients with different TNM stages in the experimental group,and compare the blood routines of patients with different levels of differentiation in the experimental group.Results The NEU,NLR,and RDW of the experimental group were higher than the reference group,and the LYM of the experimental group was lower than the reference group,with the differences of statistical significance(P<0.05).The NEU,NLR,and RDW of theⅢ-Ⅳgroup were higher than thoseoftheⅠ-Ⅱgroup,and the LYM oftheⅢ-Ⅳgroup was lower thantheⅠ-Ⅱgroup,with the differences of statitical significance(P<0.05).NEU,NLR,RDW in poorly differentiated group were higher than moderately differentiated group,moderately differentiated group was higher than poorly differentiated group,LYM of poorly differentiated group was lower than moderately differentiated group,moderately differentiated group was lower than well differen-tiated group,with the differences of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion NEU,RDW,and NLR are highly expressed in routine blood tests of patients with head and neck malignant tumors,while LYM is low.Therefore,strengthening routine blood tests can provide a reference for early diagnosis of benign and malignant diseases.
