摘　　要：农村职业技术教育是阻断农村职业技术贫困代际传递的治本之策,打赢农村职业技术脱贫攻坚战从根本上取决于农村职业技术教育精准扶贫。脱贫必立志、扶贫先扶志,扶志是农村职业技术教育精准扶贫的关键。农村职业技术教育精准扶贫中的扶志需要在教师、学生、家长、社会等方面同时发力,构建农村职业技术教育精准扶志共同体,才能够从根本上为打赢农村职业技术教育精准脱贫攻坚战助力。Rural vocational and technical education is the root solution to break the intergenerational transmission of rural vocational and technical poverty.Winning the tough battle of rural vocational and technical poverty alleviation fundamentally depends on targeted poverty alleviation through rural vocational and technical education.Poverty alleviation must be determined and poverty alleviation must start with promoting aspiration,which is the key to targeted poverty alleviation in rural vocational and technical education.Promoting aspiration in targeted poverty alleviation in rural vocational and technical education requires simultaneous efforts from teachers,students,parents,and society to build a community of accurate ambition,so as to fundamentally win the fight against poverty in rural vocational and technical education.
