摘 要:目的探讨阴道微生物感染与宫颈癌发生的关系。方法采用回顾性分析方法选取某院2015年10月-2017年10月收治的300例宫颈癌患者作为研究对象,另选取同期在该院就诊的慢性宫颈炎患者175例及健康体检者258例。对所有入选者进行人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)、乳酸杆菌及沙眼衣原体检测。结果 HPV在宫颈癌组、慢性宫颈炎组、健康者中比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=418.280,P<0.01),且呈递减趋势;而在慢性炎症组与健康者中差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.346,P=0.607)。乳酸杆菌、沙眼衣原体在宫颈癌组、慢性宫颈炎组、健康者中比较差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=139.452,χ^(2)=74.879,P均<0.01),且呈递减趋势。结论 HPV、乳酸杆菌、沙眼衣原体感染与宫颈癌发生存在一定相关性,加强对女性生殖道病原微生物检测对预防宫颈癌的发生具有重要意义。Objective To explore the relationship between vaginal microbe infection and cervical cancer.Methods Retrospective analysis was adopted to analyze the 300 patients with cervical cancer from October 2015 to October 2017,and 175 patients with chronic cervicitis,and 258 patients with healthy physical examination during the same period.All participants were tested for human papillomavirus(HPV),Lactobacillus,and Chlamydia trachomatis.Results The difference of HPV infection among cervical cancer group,chronic cervicitis group and the healthy group was statistically significant(χ^(2)=418.280,P<0.01),which showed a decreasing trend.However,there was no significant difference between the chronic inflammation group and the healthy group(χ^(2)=0.346,P=0.607).Lactobacillus and Chlamydia were statistically significantly different among cervical cancer group and chronic cervicitis group and healthy people(χ^(2)=139.452,χ^(2)=74.879,P<0.01),which showed a decreasing trend.Conclusion There was a certain correlation between HPV,Lactobacillus,Chlamydia trachomatis infection and cervical cancer.Strengthened the detection of pathogenic microorganisms in the female genital tracts was of great significance of preventing the occurrence of cervical cancer.
