摘 要:目的应用脉冲场凝胶电泳(pulsed field gel electrophoresis,PFGE)技术,对一起食物中毒分离的肠炎沙门菌进行同源性分析。方法对患者进行流行病学调查,采集患者和食品样本,依照相关国标和指南进行菌株分离、生化鉴定、血清分型、PFGE检测、图谱聚类分析。结果根据患者流行病学调查结果推测可疑食品为咸鸡蛋。自2例患者粪便和1枚咸鸡蛋中共分离到3株肠炎沙门菌,PFGE图谱条带相似性100%。结论本次疫情是由于食用肠炎沙门菌污染的咸鸡蛋而引起的食物中毒。PFGE技术的应用精准地锁定了传染源头,为流行病学调查提供了有力证据,是对传统方法的有力补充。Objective The homology analysis on Salmonella enteritidis isolated from food poisoning is conducted by use of pulsed field gel electrophoresis(PFGE).Methods Epidemiological survey was carried out,patients and food samples were collected,and the strain isolation,biochemical identification,serotyping,PFGE detection and spectral clustering were implemented according to the relevant national standards and guidelines.Results The suspected food was salted egg based on results of epidemiological survey.Three strains of Salmonella enteritidis were isolated from feces of two patients and one salted egg.The spectral bands of PFGE of such strains were found to be of 100%similarity.Conclusion The food poisoning is caused by Salmonella enteritidis,and the sources of contamination are confirmed to be salted eggs.PFGE technology applied has accurately targeted the source of infection and provided satisfactory evidences for epidemiological survey,being a powerful complement to traditional methods.
