海奥口腔修复膜在牙种植引导骨再生中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨海奥口腔修复膜在牙种植引导骨再生中的应用价值。方法抽取2017年1月至2019年6月在郑州市第三人民医院行牙种植引导骨再生术患者400例,采用信封法将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组200例。观察组给予海奥口腔修复膜引导骨再生,对照组给予钛膜引导骨再生。观察比较两组修复情况、并发症发生情况等,检测并比较两组治疗前后龈沟液白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平。结果观察组修复成功率(95.5%,191/200)高于对照组(80.5%,161/200),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组骨厚度和植骨厚度分别为(2.66±0.70)、(2.49±0.41)mm,高于对照组的(2.21±0.65)、(2.02±0.50)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组龈沟液IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α分别为(31.15±7.65)、(70.24±11.15)、(3.61±0.98)μg/L,均低于对照组的(42.23±8.81)、(94.46±12.22)、(4.70±1.00)μg/L,P<0.05。观察组并发症发生率为2.5%(5/200),对照组为4.5%(9/200),两组比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论海奥口腔修复膜在牙种植引导骨再生治疗中有较好的应用价值。Objective To investigate the application value of Haiao prosthetic membrane in bone regeneration after dental implantation.Methods A total of 400 patients underwent bone regeneration guided by dental implants surgery in the Third People’s Hospital of Zhengzhou were selected from January 2017 to June 2019.And they were randomly divided into observation group and control group by envelope method,with 200 cases in each group.The observation group was given Haiao prosthetic membrane guided bone regeneration,and the control group was given titanium membrane guided bone regeneration.The repair situation and complications in both groups were observed and compared.The levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in gingival crevicular fluid were detected and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The repair success rate of the observation group was 95.5%(191/200),higher than the 80.5%(161/200)of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the bone thickness and graft thickness of the observation group were(2.66±0.70)mm and(2.49±0.41)mm,respectively,higher than the(2.21±0.65)mm and(2.02±0.50)mm of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αin gingival crevicular fluid in the observation group after treatment were(31.15±7.65)μg/L,(70.24±11.15)μg/L,and(3.61±0.98)μg/L,which were significantly lower than the(42.23±8.81)μg/L,(94.46±12.22)μg/L,(4.70±1.00)μg/L in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 2.5%(5/200)in the observation group,4.5%(9/200)in the control group,and there was no significant difference in the incidence between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Haiao prosthetic membrane has a good application value in the treatment of bone regeneration guided by dental implantation.
