摘  要:课堂教学公平是教育公平的微观表达,对之需要关注起点公平、过程公平和结果公平三个维度。在课堂教学中,人工智能能够摆脱固化的权力关系,共享优质化教学资源,改变师生单一的互动的方式,保障教学过程的有效性,打破整齐划一的教学秩序,促进学生个性化成长,摆脱"知识存储"的单维取向,提供客观科学的评价范式。人工智能背景下课堂教学公平的实现需要进一步提高人工智能技术水平,为课堂教学公平提供技术支持。合理运用人工智能技术,能够消解课堂教学的不公正;制定人工智能管理制度,能够保障课堂教学的公平。Classroom teaching fairness is the micro expression of educational equality,which needs us to focus on the equity of starting point,process and result.During classroom teaching,Artificial Intelligence(AI)can get rid of traditional power relationships,share superior teaching resources,change the pattern of one-way interaction between teachers and students,ensure the effectiveness of teaching process,break the uniform teaching orders,facilitate students’personalized growth,shake off the one-dimensional orientation of"knowledge storage",and offer objective and scientific eveluation forms.The realization of classroom teaching fairness in the context of AI needs deepening artificial intelligence technology,which supplies technical support for classroom teaching fairness.We should use AI rationally to eliminate injustice on classroom teaching.AI management system needs to be established to guarantee classroom teaching fairness.
